Arrival and Warm-Up

The day begins with a warm welcome from our friendly coaches. As children arrive, they are encouraged to engage in quick warm-up games with their peers. This not only helps them get into the chess mindset but also fosters camaraderie among club members.

During this time, coaches circulate the room, offering tips and answering questions. It’s a perfect opportunity for kids to discuss their strategies and learn from one another.

Structured Lessons

After warm-ups, the club transitions into structured lessons tailored to different skill levels. Our experienced coaches cover a variety of topics, ranging from basic moves to advanced tactics. Lessons are interactive and engaging, often involving demonstrations on large boards.

For beginners, the focus is on building a strong foundation in chess principles. More advanced players dive deep into openings, middle-game strategies, and endgame techniques. The goal is to challenge each child while nurturing their love for the game.

Practice Matches

Practice matches are an essential part of the day. These games allow children to apply what they’ve learned in lessons. Players are paired based on their skill levels to ensure fair and enjoyable matches.

During these games, coaches provide real-time feedback and encouragement. This hands-on experience is invaluable, helping young players refine their skills and gain confidence.
